Since Monday, 31 October 2011, falling between Sunday and Tuesday, 1 November 2011 (All Saints Day), has been traditionally declared a special (non-working) day throughout the country.
So its official that its a long weekend for All Saints Day starting October 29, 30, 31 through November 1, 2011.
