Bosch Philippines Celebrates its 20th year in Cebu and Leyte CSR Completion

Bosch established its market presence in the Philippines over 80 years ago and it all started here in Cebu City, and on its 20th year, Bosch has reutrn to Cebu to celebrate 20 years of innovation with Cebuanos.  In April 1995, Robert Bosch Inc. was incorporated and is headquartered today in Bonifacio Global City. Bosch in its 20th year continues its commitment of being a responsible provider of innovative technology to Filipinoes. Bosch has also open it's Visayan region Bosch Representative Office located in Mandaue City two years ago.

As it celebrates its 20th year in the Philippines, Bosch has also continue their Corporate Social Responsibility effort such as the construction of school structures in Leyte that were damaged by Typhoon Yolanda. Bosch turned over the newly-constructed Math and Science Center to the Alang-Alang National High School and a computer laboratory to the Alang-alang Agro-Industrial School.

The two facilities were officially inaugurated by Bosch Philippines‘managing director Andrew Powell, Alang-alang Mayor Loreto Yuand the Board Member of the Province of Leyte, Bob Abellanosa. A third site, the Tanauan II Central School will also be opening its newly-built Industrial Centerby the end of the month. Bosch CSR activities is under its Tindog Pilipinas initiative.

Robert Bosch Inc. directly operates its major divisions in the country namely Power Tools, Automotive Aftermarket and Automotive Original Equipment. Bosch Philippines is engaged in the importation, distribution and the nationwide after-sales service facilities of its major product lines.
