First Corporate Tower, a 30-storey, BERDE registered, One Mandani Bay is launched

Cebu’s biggest property developments with a 500-meter water frontage, Mandani Bay will soon house its first corporate tower - One Mandani Bay in Mandaue City. One of the the office component in Mandani Bay, a master-plan by HTLand, Inc., the joint venture of internationally-listed Hongkong Land, LLC and Cebu’s Taft Property Ventures Development Corporation. The exclusive event held at the Mandani Bay Show Gallery is led by Mandani Bay Project Adviser Jeffrey Lun, Project Director Gilbert Ang and Sales Head Audrey Villa. The Company band serenades the guests, including Cebu’s and the Philippines’s industry leaders and business notables.
